Terms and Conditions
- We act ONLY in the capacity of an agent for and on behalf of the Client in procuring Safari and related services from Ranthambore National Park (“Park”).
- We will confirm booking only after payment of 100% of the Safari booking amount. In case of any changes/ increase in the Safari fees by the Park or the Government after confirmation of booking, the Client shall pay the difference in the charges within 24 hours of being intimate.
- All Safari bookings and related payments shall be non-refundable.
- The Client should abide by the Safety Precautions as given by the Tour Guide of the Park and the Rules of the Park (as prevalent on the relevant date) (“Rules”) at all times. Any accident or mishap arising directly or indirectly during the Safari occurring out of non-adherence to Safety guidelines, Park Rules, or any negligence/omission of the Client, the Client alone shall be responsible. Not abiding by the Rules may lead to cancellation of safari booking forthwith and the same shall not entitle the Client to any refund.
- The Safari will be conducted as per the availability of safari slots, timings, and zones of the Park. In case there are no available Safari Slots for the date and/or dates chosen by the Client, the money for such safari/s for the particular date or dates shall be refunded.
- The Client’s seat in the Safari vehicle once booked is non-transferable and the Client must adhere to their designated seat and Safari vehicle allotted to them.
- We shall not be responsible for delays in Safari due to, inter-alia, action, or inaction of the Park, Safari not being up to the Client’s expectations, and the Park changing the allotted vehicle or seat at the last moment.
- In case, on the safari date/s allotted to the Client, the Park has been closed by the authorities, or the Park is no longer accessible to the public for any reason whatsoever, we will refund the booking amount to the Client after a deduction of 10% towards service charge.
- We shall not be responsible for any delay or alteration in the Client’s itinerary or expenses incurred due to natural hazards, flight cancellation, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslide, political closure, or any untoward incident.
- It is understood that the Client undertakes the Safari in full knowledge of the perils associated with it.
- We are not responsible for any loss, theft of belongings, accident, injury, impairment, or death during the Safari.
- The Client shall carry and produce upon demand original Photo I.D. documents issued by the Government of India (Aadhar Card, Voter Card or Driving License or similar I.D. proof with a photograph of the Client) or any Foreign Government (in case Client is a non-citizen or foreigner) during the Safari. We advise a client to carry the same Photo I.D. submitted to us at the time of booking the Safari to avoid inconvenience.
- All disputes and differences arising out of the Safari, claims, booking, payment, or refund, shall be primarily attempted to be resolved amicably within a period of 60 days, failing which, the same must be referred to adjudication by arbitration before a Sole Arbitrator. The seat and venue of arbitration will be Kolkata and the language of the arbitration will be in English.
- All disputes and/or claims arising out of the Safari, booking, payment or refund, are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at Kolkata.
